1. OVA BiP Peptide
[A 19 amino acids hybrid peptide antigen with immune adjuvant property. OVA-BiP peptide consists of 8 amino acids from ovalbumin joined via a tripeptide linker to a stretch of 8 amino acids, the minimum binding domain of BiP (immunoglobulin heavy chain-binding protein, aka grp78), a member of the heat shock protein (hsp) 70 family. As a chaperon, BiP binds to newly synthesized, unfolded mu immnoglobulin heavy chain prior to its assembly with light chain in the endoplasmic reticulum. In conjunction with a tumor antigen, this hybrid peptide is used to potentiate antigen presentation and consequently prime cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses. 59. Ovarian Serous Neoplasm
[Serous tumors make up about one fourth of all ovarian tumors. About 30% to 50% are bilateral. Grossly, the better differentiated tumors consist of cystic masses, usually unilocular, containing a clear but sometimes viscous fluid. Papillary formations are often present. The more malignant tumors tend to be solid and invasive, with areas of necrosis and hemorrhage. It is now accepted that a morphologic spectrum exists in these tumors. At one end is the benign serous cystadenoma and at the other end are serous adenocarcinoma, serous papillary adenocarcinoma and serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma. In between are tumors showing some or all of the features associated with carcinoma but lacking definite stromal invasion. These tumors make up about 15% of all serous tumors and are known as borderline, indeterminate, intermediate, of low malignant potential or possibly malignant. In some serous tumors the fibroblastic stromal component is unduly prominent. Theses tumors can be separated into benign (adenofibroma and cystadenofibroma), borderline and malignant (malignant adenofibroma and malignant cystadenofibroma). —2002 ( NCI )] (UMLS (NCI) C0476122) =Neoplastic Process

37. Ovarian Granulosa Cell
[A cuboidal cell derived from a spindle-shaped granulosa cell precursor. Initially, ovarian granulosa cells create a single layer surrounding an oocyte. The oocyte and its single layer of ovarian granulosa cells make up a primary follicle. Proliferation of the ovarian granulosa cells leads to multiple cell layers surrounding the oocyte and maturation into a secondary follicle. The granulosa cells extend cytoplasmic processes to form gestational gap-junction-like unions with the plasma membrane of the oocyte. The continued growth of the ovarian granulosa cells takes the oocyte to the Graafian follicle stage. Once ovulation occurs, the granulosa cells become part of the corpus luteum. A major function of an ovarian granulosa cell is hormone production and secretion. ( NCI )] (UMLS (NCI) C1178844) =Cell

100. overriding, non-propagating
[The association is added to the existing context associated with the Act, but overrides an association with the same typeCode. However, this overriding association will not propagate to any descendant Acts reached by conducting ActRelationships (see contextControlCode). Examples: If an 'Author' Participation were marked as "Overriding, Non-Propagating" it means that the author will replace the set of author participations that have propagated from ancestor Acts. Furthermore, no author participations whatsoever will propagate to any child Acts that allow context to be propagated.
