[A natural anthraquinone derivative, anti-psoriatic and anti-inflammatory Anthralin (dithranol) controls skin growth by reducing DNA synthesis and mitotic activity in the hyperplastic epidermis, restoring a normal rate of cell proliferation and keratinization.
