1. (-)-(R)-1-(4,4-Bis(3-methyl-2-thienyl)-3-butenyl)nipecotic Acid, Hydrochloride
[The hydrochloride salt form of tiagabine, a nipecotic acid derivative with anticonvulsant property. Tiagabine hydrochloride inhibits the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) transporter type 1 (GAT1), which is predominantly localized in presynaptic terminals of neurons thereby preventing the reuptake of GABA by the presynaptic endings. Consequently, this increases the level of available GABA within the synaptic cleft, thereby resulting in prolongation of its inhibitory actions. Tiagabine is effective against maximum electroshock seizures and both limbic and generalized tonic-clonic seizures. 2. 9-((R)-2-((Bis(((isopropoxycarbonyl)oxy)methoxy)phosphinyl)methoxy)propyl)adenine, Fumarate
[A pro-drug, a fumaric acid salt of tenofovir and an acyclic nucleoside phosphonate diester analog with antiviral property. In vivo tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is converted into tenofovir by diester hydrolysis in the intestinal lumen and plasma, followed by internalization into cells by endocytosis and subsequent phosphorylation into tenofovir diphosphate. Tenofovir diphosphate competes with the natural substrate dATP for incorporation into viral DNA by reverse transcriptase of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The substituted DNA-tenofovir diphosphate molecule prevents further DNA elongation, and consequently impairs viral replication and propagation. This agent prevents HIV from reproducing in uninfected cells only. Tenofovir also exhibits activity against the hepatitis B virus (HBV). ( NCI )] (UMLS (NCI) C1099776) TDF;

One copy of the wild-type Rb gene is necessary for normal retinal development. Loss or inactivation of both alleles at this locus results in retinoblastoma. 16. RBX1
[Widely expressed by human RBX1 Gene (RING-Box Family), conserved cytoplasmic and nuclear 108-aa 12.3-kDa RING Box Protein 1, containing a RING-type zinc finger, mediates protein turnover of cell cycle, signal transduction, and transcription proteins by ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. A component of various SCF, SCF-like, and CBC multisubunit E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes, RBX1 may recruit E2 enzymes to the complex through its RING-type zinc finger and heterodimerizes with cullins in the third step of ubiquitin conjugation reactions to catalyze ubiquitin polymerization. RBX1 promotes neddylation of CUL1 and probably CUL2. It also probably interacts with CDC34 and may stimulate CDC34 autoubiquitination. (NCI) ( NCI )] (UMLS (NCI) C1313794) Regulator of Cullins 1;

9. RBBB
[An impairment of transmission of the cardiac electrical impulse along the fibers of the right bundle branch. A " complete RBBB pattern" (with QRS duration > 0.11s) does not necessarily reflect the existence of a total conduction block in the right branch. This pattern only indicates that the entire or major parts of both ventricles are activated by the impulse emerging from the left branch. Thus, a significant degree of conduction delay ("high-grade" or "incomplete RBBB) can produce a similar pattern. ( NCI )] (UMLS (NCI) C0085615) =Disease or Syndrome
