Containing an N-terminal signal peptide, 7 potential N-linked glycosylation sites, several potential Ser- and Thr-rich O-linked glycosylation sites, 2 fibronectin type III domains, 2 Ig-like C2-type domains, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic portion, IFNGR1 acts as the receptor ligand-binding subunit.
