[Expressed in prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine, and colon by human TNK1 Gene, 666-aa 72-kDa Non-Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 1 contains a putative N-terminal phosphotyrosine-binding domain, a tyrosine kinase domain, a putative SH3 domain, and a Pro-rich C-terminus containing SH3-binding motifs. The kinase domain includes an ATP-binding site and many conserved tyrosine kinase features. TNK1 shares highest homology with ACK, especially in the kinase and putative SH3 domains.
