[Encoded by human CUL5 Gene (Cullin Family), 780-aa 91-kDa neddylated Cullin 5 is a component of E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes with elongin BC complex and diverse other factors, involved in the third step of ubiquitin conjugation and proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
